Beyond “Chemistry”: From Explosive First Scenes to Long-term Magnetism

We’ve all heard people talk about “chemistry” in scene, or the “magic” they feel with a certain partner. In many cases, this isn’t some strange alchemy beyond any control- it’s based on factors you can harness, and in this class we will show you how! From how to find a compatible play partner to making a first scene memorable to maintaining energy over time, we’ll cover the relationship spectrum with a focus on communication and connection. Relatively few classes are geared so submissives/bottoms will take away just as much as tops/Doms, but it takes two (or more!) to make “chemistry” happen and we will spend equal time on both perspectives.

This class is intended for Novices, but experienced players may find lost elements.

Stefanos and Chey are primarily tops now, but both have switched during their combined 15+ years in the BDSM scene. They got a crash course in meeting new partners and making first scenes sizzle when they entered the public scene as part of an informal youth goth/kink community mostly made up of inexperienced players who had only fantasized about kink. To play safely, they had to teach their partners how to communicate about BDSM before they could even get to actually having a scene. Stefanos is the DM at Bondage-a-Go-Go, where he gives intros to and plays with multiple “newbies” every Wednesday; Chey works as an ER nurse.

Resist Me: Resistance Play & Kinky Wrestling with Stefanos

The “illusion of non-consent” is one of the most common types of fantasies in BDSM, but devilishly hard to harness in a controlled scene.

In “Resist Me” you will learn about the physicality, techniques, and psychology of resistance play and kinky wrestling.  This is an edge play class and not for the uptight or faint of heart!

Stefanos has been in the BDSM and Fetish Scene for more then a decade and teaching for 4 years. He has also been a student of fencing and martial arts for 20 yrs.  Stefanos most known for hosting San Francisco’s famous Bondage-a-Go-Go, as well as Bent, Master’s Den, and other dungeon events at the SF Citadel since 2005.

Pryo Passion with Stefanos & Chey

Ignite pyrolytic passion through fire play for novices.

Part I will cover pryo-tools, safety, executing a scene, & the psychology of pryo-passion.  Part II will discuss & demonstrate, at the least, fire with wands, cupping, spraying, & 'flashing'.

Part II will provide time, materials & instruction in making fire wands  (there will be a $5 material fee if you want to make a wand).  Time permitting; class participants will have a chance to experience fire play.

Stefanos & chey have been igniting each other (OK, mostly he ignites her) for 2 + years. They first learned fire play on a snowy Minnesota night, when the local dungeon was sub-zero. Together they possess 15 years of experience in the Kink/Fetish/BDSM scene.

Remedial Ropes: Riding the bondage short bus with Stefanos and Chey.

This is the perfect class for you if your bondage skills begin and end with tying your shoes.  We will cover the basics of bondage safety, building a rope kit, teach five basic knots and two basic ties, and discuss how to apply these to create a rope bondage scene.  This is an interactive class- everyone will get tied up and everyone will learn to do the ties.  Disclaimer:  If you’ve been doing self-suspension from the age of 5 and taken every class the Knotty Boys and Midori ever taught, you will probably be bored!

Remedial Ropes, Rt. II: Another trip on the bondage short bus with Stefanos and Chey

This is the perfect class for you if your bondage skills begin and end with tying your shoes.  We will briefly cover the basics of bondage safety, building a rope kit, and creating a rope bondage scene.  We will then teach a 5-second cuff, the figure 8 knot, a basic body harness, arm gauntlets, and the best arm binder we’ve ever seen.  This is an interactive class- everyone will get tied up and everyone will learn to do the ties.  Remedial Ropes 1 not required or even necessarily recommended- this is a stand-alone remedial level class.

Remedial Ropes, Rt. III: Bedroom Transformations Another trip on the bondage short bus with Stefanos and Chey

Remedial Ropes includes sections on basic safety and simple knots to create bondage anywhere. Route III adds ties for discrete and immediate uses in the bedroom including lacing your bed with tie points and moment's notice ties for 1 to 4 point restraints

Remedial Ropes, Roundabout I, II, III

Experience Remedial Ropes I, II, and/or III in a 2 hour interactive seminar with Stefanos & Chey. We will cover the basics of bondage safety and building a rope kit; we will then teach the six basic knots required for all our bondage. Finally, based on class interests, we will teach some of the following: arm binders, arm gauntlets, body harnesses, single column ties, double column ties, cat's paw cuff, bedroom bondage, and how to apply all of these to bondage scenes.

This is the perfect class for you if your bondage skills begin and end with tying your shoes. No Remedial Ropes Classes or prior bondage knowledge are requested or required to take this class.

These are interactive classes- everyone will get tied up and everyone will learn to do the ties.

Stefanos and chey have been doing rope bondage since 2005; they first learned bondage at Shibaricon 2005.  They went to Shibaricon with mad shoelace tying skills, and sure wish they’d known the stuff they’ll teach in this class before going to a big bondage conference!  Stefanos has been in the Kink/Fetish/BDSM scene for a decade and got a knot-tying badge in the Boy Scouts; Chey has been doing Kink/Fetish/BDSM for 5 years and is an emergency room nurse.

Predicament and Playful BDSM with Stefanos & Chey

BDSM doesn't have to be about a growling, serious top and meek, obedient bottom.  For those who want to add a little spice, playfulness, mental connection, and even laughter to their scenes, this class is for you!  Watch the gears turn as your bottom puzzles through difficult predicaments; engage and consume their mind as they struggle to please you; delight as you make them giggle through their pain.  We'll show how to sadistically keep your bottom's mind occupied to prevent them from dropping into subspace, or how involving their mental capacities in their submission can drop them into the subspace deepend.   In addition to demonstrating and leading you through many specific predicaments and "games", we will discuss this type of play in a broad sense to guide you in developing your own unique scenes.

Stefanos and Chey have never been able to take BDSM totally seriously- while they've done their share of growl-y serious-work-we-do scenes, they have a special passion for bringing a spirit of fun (even silliness) and a cerebral connection to their scenes.  Ask them about their scenes involving "beanies!" and "llamas!"
